Business capabilities are capacities that a business can provide or exchange to achieve a specific outcome. As they typically include stable aspects of an organization, using a network of capabilities to model a business architecture can lay the perfect foundation for service orientation. This session explains how to create business capability models, and how you use them to create a service oriented architecture.
