Windows Phone 7 has arrived with a powerful new web browser to help it compete in the smart phone market. For developers that like to hand-code their HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ASP.NET to build lightweight mobile web pages, WebMatrix is the answer. In this session you'll learn how to use WebMatix, the new Razor syntax, IIS Express and SQL Server Compact 4.0 to build mobile web apps. At the same time, you'll learn important W3C mobile web best practices, and how to implement standards like XHTML Basic, ECMAScript Mobile Profile and CSS Mobile Profile, so you can target any smart phone browser with your web content.
