Who make the count on this an Engineer, cientist, etc?

I get here looking for a better understanding of an operating system I've already bought, but it doesn't seem to be focused on other thing to speak faster and excited to let you know the impressive things Server 2003 already did before.

After installed windows it asking password and then i put password it cancle i cannot start windows and restart only.How to do?
