Microsoft VM Conversion Solution Accelerator enables low overhead simple virtual to virtual migration to the Hyper-V Platform. Planning to provide point-and-click migration of Windows Server 2008/R2, Windows 7, and Windows Vista guest images from VMware VMs to Hyper-V, the VM Converter SA is the perfect option for straightforward, fully supported migrations. In this session we cover this new Solution Accelerator and at the same time see the other P2V tools that Microsoft offers, tools like DISK2VHD and System Center Virtual Machine Manager.

It supports conversion of non-windows VMs both on Server 2012 RC and Server 2008/R2 , Microsoft Hyper-V Server.
