In 2009, Intel Corporation used the Microsoft BI stack to address needs in the protection of its intellectual property. A team inside Intel developed a flexible architecture that uses business intelligence to implement risk models, determine actual likelihood and impact, and measure risk reduction. As the solution grows, it is part of an end-to-end process to protect intellectual property in the company. This talk covers the hardest problems to solve, and the solutions Intel found.
