Microsoft’s Developer Division is the largest early adopter of Microsoft Visual Studio products on the planet. In this session, Microsoft Technical Fellow Brian Harry gives a perspective on key challenges the Developer Division faces as a software development organization, how our processes have evolved and continue to evolve to address them, and how we leverage the tools we are building (and influence the tools in the process). Brian shares characteristics, learnings, and process changes from each of the last three releases – 2005, 2008, and 2010.
