Scrum is a process model that promotes highly interative, value driven development and has been successfully adopted by agile teams worldwide. Kanban, meaning "signboard", is a concept relating to Lean and focuses on the reduction of work in progress and relies upon a visual signal to indicate that new work should be started. Both models have proven track records, and in this session Joel and Steve discuss what makes them unique to each other, but also how Scrum and Kanban can work together to produce stunning team results.
