<description>In Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2,we introduced PowerPivot which is a self-service Business Intelligence experience that enables information workers to build, share and collaborate on their personal and team BI applications within the familiar environment of Excel and SharePoint. In SQL Server “Denali”,we’re bringing some of the breakthrough technologies in PowerPivot into Analysis Services to support Corporate Business Intelligence applications. At the same time,we’re also bringing some of the more sophisticated BI capabilities in Analysis Services and making them available to information workers in PowerPivot v2. The goal of this session to bring you up to speed on the new developments in Analysis Services and PowerPivot for the &amp;quot;Denali&amp;quot; release.</description>
