How do I download the videos?

  • To download, right click the file type you would like and pick “Save target as…” or “Save link as…”

Which version should I choose?

  • If you have a Zune, WP7, iPhone, iPad, or iPod device, choose the low or medium MP4 file.
  • If you just want to hear the audio of the video, choose the MP3 file.

The cornerstone of any enterprise application is the ability to backup and restore data. In this session we focus on the various options available to application developers and administrators of SQL Azure applications for archiving and recovering database data. We look at the various scenarios in which backup or restore is necessary,and discuss the requirements driven by those scenarios. Attendees also get a glimpse of future plans for backup/restore support in SQL Azure. The session is highly interactive,and we invite the audience to provide feedback on future requirements for backup/restore functionality in SQL Azure.
