We will discuss how to deploy iSCSI Boot,and show how Version 3.3 is able to support booting 500 HPC servers in under 10 minutes! The Microsoft iSCSI Software Target offers a low-cost means of supporting iSCSI booting for multiple server nodes from a single golden image,while using differencing VHDs to store only the unique data and paging for each server node.
