Microsoft, your stuff is too expensive. $200 for an upgrade version of Windows? $300 for a copy of Office? $100 for OneNote?

It kills me that I have to tell my brother, who owns a small business, that every time he buys a new computer for the office, he must spend more for XP Pro and Office 2003 than he does for the computer itself (from Dell). He asks why, and I don't have a good answer.
