Omg it is. I love it! The 3d effects are Wonderful on XP!

Microsoft shold come out with a MSN or Windows messenger with a wonderful 3d effect! It is so clean and the visual style with it is professional too!

Damn, doesn't work on XP x64, claims I don't have SP2.

This is one way to get WinFX beta 2 runtime on my machine...

Windows XP 64bit edition is NOT a good option for a home machine or your primary workstation and ONLY recommended for developers looking to develop on the 64bit CPU. The drivers are NOT in place and it is NOT consumer ready.

Oh, I guess then I haven't been using it for a few months now without any trouble. I must've dreamt that.

Also, I bet it could run on XP x64, and that it's just lousy version detection code.

it lacks search .. and doesnt support networks

there is no right mouse anywhere - and file edit view help are gone.

in this case - i can at least sort of understand where the new UI is going

moving file edit etc under the address bar is stupid (also missing) - but getting rid of them all together is INTERESTING

crap - i cant stop watching all my photos haha

its like a tv show - better than photostory (in some ways)

The app rocks, at the PDC lookin' at it close up and damn, you know...The 3d is stunning, but it's bull that it requires Sp2 to install>

My friend installed sp2 before i left and he got the BSOD.

SP2 is one of the hard facts of life these days.  Sucks when it kills your current install, but really every xp machine ought to have it.

"WinFX Runtime Components 3.0 Beta 2" takes for-freaking-ever to install. It's been stuck like this for a while:
