Is this the rigth place to ask where is "windows.h"? In Visual C++ 2005 Express Beta, when I instaled it I've wrote some kind of hello world and the compiler couldn't find windows.h and me neither. Where is he?

You need to download the Core Platform SDK to get all the Win32 API libraries from this page: http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/
When that's completed you'll have to add the include and lib directories to your IDE. -
