The X-box 360's price will drop when the Play Station 3 is released?

I guess it depends on the pricepoint of the PS3... I imagine Sony will aim to be the same price ad he XBOX at first - they will then probably drop in price over time at roughly the same rate.

Hey,

On the day of the PS 3 release, lets bundle Halo 3 and the Xbox 360 together and match the PS3's price...

So, when someone goes into a store, they can either take an XBox 360 with a new game, or a PS3 for the same price. Although, you could say that since the PS3 is backwards compatible, it comes with all the games you already own.

I was under the impression Sony had said that the P3 was not, in fact, backwards compatible.

The XBox comes with some of the games you already own...  blasted processor switch.

I don't plan to buy either anyways...  I'm holding out for the Revolution.  It will be backwards compatible (and then some, they're going to release some old games too.  I'm hoping for Super Mario RPG.  That would be fun.)
