Steve Jobs Keynote Performance - xPod?

I am looking forward to Steve Jobs keynote on Tuesday, 1/10.

I'll assume they he has been rehearsing all week for it.

Why would they be practicing all week - they have nearly ten months till 1 Oct?

I'm pretty sure Steve Jobs' entire upper body is covered with a tatoo of a black turtleneck. It gives the Steve that free and uninhibited feel he loves without freaking out the interns... plus it practically pays for itself in terms of laundry.

I think it's because he looks like crap in anything else...honestly does anyone have any pictures of Steve Jobs wearing anything else this decade?

Plus why does Apple have to release their own deal at their own "expo"? Are they above regular people?

Are they not "International"?
Are they not for "Consumers"?
Do they not deal in "Electronics"?
Are they too good to "Show"?

What percentage of the consumers were in the CES? Personally I do not like the word "consumer". Using it implies that you do not understand your customers, which most likely also produce something or would like to given the chance. Unlike what Larry says, here you pay for sending ahem "producing" a text message and they are very popular. There is constantly shows in TV where you pay for sending the text message to have them appear on everyones TV set. I really hate this "chat tv" since these have invaded every channel and IRC is really the ultimate and much cheaper form to practise the exact equivalent, with the exception that your "products" are not getting possibly millions of views.

BTW I might add that watching SJ's keynote is always a thrill, watching BG keynote from CES... I am not sure if I should say this.. I fell asleep! Only because there were so little surprises for a C9 follower.

It will be interesting to see their Intel laptops when they finally reveal them. I'm also expecting to hear quite a lot about the next OSX release (Leopard, right?). Vista's a lot more tangible than it was this time last year, so now would be the time. I'm hoping they won't kill the Dashboard interop on KDE—it would seem like a good thing for the platform to make it available on multiple operating systems.
