How about we start a job forum? My company is looking for someone right now and I thought this would be a great place to post the opening, maybe setup a new forum for it? I didn't want to just put the notice up here without asking first. So, how about
it? Perhaps a jobs section?

My job is student, study study hard, day day up! -
I may be in favor of a place where you can put your personal info if you want a job, and not something where firms can post job-offerings. There are allready sites that fullfill the needs and I'm not thinking about changing my job...

I'm all in favor of this. In fact, while we are at it, let's come up with a Garage Sale section, or an Auction Wiki.

Yeah, sites like monster which are just giant spam grenades. The company I work for is tiny, so, those sites are out. Plus, you get flooded with hundreds of useless resumes when you use them. I just want to target a small audience of like minded individuals that I have a position open where I work is all, I'm no recruiter or HR person, just an in the trenches developer who doesn't have the time to do more than maybe phone in an add in the sunday help wanted....

Okay, so, if anyone is interested email me your resume. I didn't put the email address in this message because you should be able to figure that out from my profile at the very least. The position is in Roseville, CA and is for a network guy/gal. Yada yada yada, you must know Active Directory and be able to support SQL Server and a network of about 25 workstations/laptops. Pay is great, hours suck, some travel will be required. No posers or wannabees please. Also, you should be familiar with cisco products like their router and firewalls (pix). You will be supporting developers in a small software company.
