You are right to be wondering where the Russian Channel 9 is. Keep in mind we have only been around for 4 months, so we're far from being internationalized at this point. We are, however, working on localizing Channel 9 and thinking hard about our international story.

I agree that we need to get some Russian content up on Channel 9, especially considering how many incredible Russian developers we have working here at Microsoft! Excellent suggestion.
