Brad Abrams blog here has a link to image of various sizes including the original. Hope that works for you because I haven't found anywhere that is selling them yet.

Posters like this are not usually sold separately. They come in the retail box for the product. If you're lucky occasionally they produce extra copies for conferences like TechEd, but given the current convention timings I suspect it's down to getting it with the product.

On a completely separate note if you're after a nice Active Directory poster TechNet magazine gave a good one away with the latest issue and printed some extra ones to give away for free. You can find the details here (the mag is excellent and well worth subscribing to too)
