Forget Vista being delayed... this is the big news. Flying cars could well be the best things since jam! But just think of the loq MPG you'd get...

Ta for the link. I'm going to have to be picky though and say that's not a car. Sure it has 'car' in the title but I can't see one of those doing 70 down the motorway...

Depends on how you define car. It's about the size of a car, so that's probably why the designers call it that. Personally, I would call it a car only if it's road legal when on the ground (which is certainly possible). -

How about calling it a SkyRider.... Thats works! -
That works for me... Uh, hold on - we've been beaten to it....
http://www.roadabletimes.com/roadables-vtol_skyrider.html I've seen things like this on 'Tomorrows World' (British
tech show, sadly now defunct). I'm constantly disapointed how the promised future continually fails to deliver. I had expected to be living on Mars by now

Hmm. Flying cars - the 'UFO photos' of google maps.
Either a hoax, or a trick of shadow and ground coloration. Oh, like the face on Mars. -

Its not "promised future" its predicted future, which may or may not come true..
