Question:

Why would I need a terabyte of web-based storage anyway?

Remember "X-Drive"? Those who do know how that turned out, space means nothing unless you've got a fast way to get at the data within. Sure, web-based storage is fine for small documents and stuff, but that stuff rarely takes up more than a few megs. I'd only want a terabyte if I was storing all my MP3s and downloads and that requires good bandwidth and latency, and yet my 2mbps connection simply doesn't cut it I'm afraid.
