"for man with no forgiveness in heart, life worse punishment than death"
(Both applied to you and him) -
He is supposedly the reason many innocent people died in iraq.
So now we should see less killings in iraq.
iraqi people has suffered alot. this would come as a good news to most of them.

Your right... Because all though-out human history violence and killing has only resulting in less violence and killing, right? 8-) -

Got a source?
Personally, I don't want him to be dead, t'would be better for him to face trial (even if it was just a farce trial), at least those affected by him or his henchmen could...well...y'know... "interact" with him (knuckle-dusters, anyone?)

not sure i follow, But if you are talking about revenge from his people, I think the time has come that they must realize that violence is not working. So live and let live.
I think humanity today are speding more and more on killing each other, when they should be investing in invention of new cures and exploring space. The future is in space exploration not in kids fights.
Its surpising to me because there is enugh food for each and every one in this planet. I guess the blessing of having a brain that distinguish us from "mad dogs" is fading away in today's world. -

So his people should learn lesions we are unable or unwilling to learn ourselves? And what right do we have to judge them when we act in exactly the same way? -

Errrrr......
I am almost lost for words at your niavety. Can you think of many examples fom human history when this has happened? History shows violence begets violence - pure and simple. Political process is the only way out of the current mess. -

Which means....
1)If the BBC (and not Fox news) is reporting it
2) "We have eliminated Zarqawi," Prime Minister Nouri Maliki - and the iraqis are confirming it.
3) And we read it on the internet...
IT MUST BE TRUE! -

The political process? Now who's being naive?
-
Well, the dead face glaring out from behind a US army guy on the BBC home page at least looks like him. Beyond that *shrug* unless you were there who knows.
PS anyone else worry it was perhaps not a good thing to kill him on the aniversary of the prophet Muhammeds death? Cult of al-Zarqawi, anyone? -

It worked in South Africa, its working in Northern Ireland. I pin more hope on that than bombing them into submission. -

I remain hopeful that one day we will come to the realization that we are all brothers in humanity.
Say in few hundered years we explore space and go find new races and new living things out there, how will they look upon us? will they say we are civilized?
some times i just want to leave this planet and come back later when things are better (lol). -
But does it make any sense? don't forget that Osama Bin Laden is still alive:O

Pacifist propaganda usually boils down to saying that one side is as bad as the other, but if one looks closely at the writings of younger intellectual pacifists, one finds that they do not by any means express impartial disapproval but are directed almost entirely against Britain and the United States. Moreover they do not as a rule condemn violence as such, but only violence used in defense of western countries
