Just report his e-mails as spam and stop mentioning him or his company. This guy is just a clown having fun at your expense. I don't think any softie would bother to post cr*p like this...but I was wrong.:O

I think it's time people start realizing that there are things like honour and responsibility. He said something and now I am EXPECTING him to followup on his words.

I know perfectly well that this will never happen, so I believe the rest of you guys must be informed of his behavioural patterns in order to correctly understand what he and his friends stand for.

I wouldn't say that, he's just playing with something he shouldn't. Threatening legal actions shouldn't be something done lightly and it appears that our society almost glorifies the ones who do that.

I will have my legal representation contact parties involved for any further action. In the meantime I plead with you that you stop the public defamation.
You may not be aware, but the wheels of justice turn very slowly. It would be as ridiculous to expect an instant resolution as it would be to be treated immediate in a Canadian publicly funded hospital.

You may not realize the effects of your defamation and libel, but they are in fact severe.
Please stop.

To start an online company all you need is the cost of hosting and some knowledge of HTML, oh and PayPal doesnt hurt either.  I have a side business,  I have clients.  I supply IT services for a graphics shop, I help out at a local TV station, my brother who works construction lands me extra work when a house they are building the owner whats ethernet run through.  I build approximately 3 to 4 PC's a month, yet I dont advertise because this is a very cut throat business and consulting services are a dime a dozen.  Some of my clients send people my way, Im grateful.  I have my regular cozy, stressful job to which they want to keep adding work.  Yes I do claim every penny I make on the side on my taxes and I dont try to claim my rottweiler or St bernard as dependants.

BTW, Cybermagellan, what do you expect from 14 year olds.  Paolo, just out of curiosity when you check the headers what does he send from, Im guessing Outlook Express or maybe Thunderbird
