I see a lot of consternation about Channel 9. You think you're getting rid of me that easily? Heh!
We're going to be spending a day with Bill Gates by the end of the month.
Channel 9 is not dead. Not by a long shot.
One of the reasons I could leave Microsoft is cause I knew Channel 9 was in good hands.

I didnt even doubt that it's still alive and kicking.
-
What you brought to microsoft was beyond blogging or rss or videos etc
it was a person everyone could belive, that was human, that wrote great moonshots
Even hiring duran duran to beat apple was human
so while its great that c9 is not dead - it has truely truely lost a major part of it's soul..
(not that everyone else isnt great - but who knows adam, jeff or charles outside of the coffeehouse?
edit* oops i always forget to mention humancompiler[y])
best of luck robert - the celebrity that formerly started/promoted channel9
*say hi to prince for me

No wonder we didn't hear much from Robert lately. Thanks for all you did and I'm looking forward to seeing the camera turned on Robert.

The very best of luck to you Robert.
Hopefully we'll see you again at a UK Geek Dinner soon, we all know this isn't the last we'll hear about you.
P.S. Thanks For Watching !! -
Why are you leaving ?
Is it financial? -
Good luck, Robert! Thanks for helping Microsoft find its soul!

-
So will someone turn the camera on you and do a farewell interview?
-
At least you arent going to work for google. I;'d have lost all respect for you if you went to Google.
Good luck Robert, update your e-mail address soon. -

How come you are posting on a "done" forum?
Arent you too cool for that? You do, after all, know better then us. -
I sent my postcard to you on Saturday Robert, how do I get my C9 Guy now?All seriousness, all the best for yourself and the family.
It would be great for Microsoft (and us) if either the new blogging evangilist or better still BillG himself interviewed you before you left Microsoft as part thank you and part 'Robert on the other side of the camera farewell'
I 'really' did send the postcard on Saturday
