The 2 million is not the number that needs the focus. Because the devices are not in peoples hands.
But the satisfaction rate and brand awareness are up and that is a good thing! Mouth to mouth advertising is stil the best advertising. This is why KINECT is a huge succes, somebody likes it, buys it, invites a friend and the friend loves it to because it just works!
Same with a phone, you buy a new phone and you show it to friend "Look what my awesome new phone can do", and when you are satisfied you will recomend it to others.
Also maybe there might be a "Because it's not apple" thing going on.
