I know that there are Irc clients in the Sandbox Wink , what i try to say it's to develop a chat room, and this chat room will be embeb in the web site, not develop a Irc client to install in your computer.

It's like java applets chat rooms, but using WPF (and in middle 2007 WPF/E Tongue Out)
