That's not Virtual PC, it's Citrix.

They do have the Hands on Labs that use VPCs over the web, but they are totally useless. There is a long delay, often times waiting 30 secs to mins after a mouse click or key stroke, preventing any train of thought to emerge. For the congenitally impatient, they are worse than useless.
