It could be that certain users have realised that when you're no longer anonymous, anyone googling for your name could dig up a whole bunch of embarassing posts from your past.

Especially if those posts are ranty paranoid flamebait which might, shall we say, limit your future employment chances. In those circumstances it would be best to go back and rewrite all your posts, and hope that things like the Google cache and the internet wayback machine eventually forget about you.

It does make one wonder about the permanence of some things. Used to be only politicians or other really famous people had to worry about embarrassing disclosures relating to "uncovered" documents. Now everyone must think twice about leaving rash statements and uncomplimentary disclosures within easy access. (I include myself in the guilty;)

jonathan you are the only paranoid person here. You look at one post and assume that I am editing posts which according to you flamebait and would be a problem for me in the future. I have edited posts out of frustration, I think they didn't worth the effort. I don't need employment for a way way long time and I am already employed.

That summarizes how you look at others and how tolerant you and Jonathan are against others, including American citizens like me. Since you two support each other so much I wonder if Jonathan Hardwick also uses ethnic slurs like you at the Microsoft campus.
