Ok so there was a time when Coffeehouse was VERY useful as to providing insight into latest technologies offered by MS and other companies, slow over time, people started posting crap and today we are lucky to see anyone posting anything news related. So
after seeing that there was no more news, i thought it would be great for someone to have a site dedicated to developer news and thats how developernewz.com was born,
I really would appreciate any suggestions (constructive critisism is welcomed)
I have also launched another site, http://www.developertoolz.com which is to help and put togather a list of useful tools developers use.
I really hope that people find these useful and i really really hope people will contribute to at least posting news on the news site..
so again
http://www.developertoolz.com
http://www.developernewz.com

Well done, thanks!

Every time I have an idea these days, someone else immediately brings it out the next day.

I've added both to my bookmarks and will check in regularly.
Cheers

Just one thing, though .. no RSS? [C]

Agreed. No RSS feed is surely a showstopper.
Will it be added soon? -

No RSS is = showstopper.
What CM system are you using? (cm=content management)
just curious. From the few seconds I spent on the site it doesn't look like you are using .NET either. What platform? LAMP? -
Look at the source code. Definitely ASP.NET.

RSS is developed, it is in beta test now, will be up in the next day or so
the website is driven by a custom CM (it really is just a link manager i developed) which is developed in asp.net 2.0
not sure where you got the idea that it is not asp.net (i mean from the extension of the files its pretty obvious that its .net)
neverless its driven by a custom link manager which i will probably make open source shortly

I clicked on the initial link and didn't go much further than that. I really should have looked closer before asking, but it was easier just to ask.

It is summer. There is not that much important happening right now... That is also why little news are posted.
