Thank you Matt, thank you! That solves the mystery of the Start bar Search! If only Microsoft would mention this in their Help documents where they tell about the Start menu search, that would be even better. I think it is rather relevant to know what the start menu searches...dmatt wrote:you can change the option in the Start Menu properties from "Search this user's files" to "Search entire index". This will fix the issue you're having.
If only someone knew how to view the search criteria afterwards of a "Saved search", and how to edit a saved search, I would be even happier
