I only really know of the MSDN library when it comes to getting technical answers. Where else can I go to get answers to Microsoft-realted programming problems?

You can post questions to the newsgroups, which have a pretty good track record of answering questions which include enough information (nntp://news.microsoft.com). Just search http://groups.google.com first to see if your question has already been answered.

It depends on what technology you're looking for answers for, but there are also technical forums at both ASP.NET and WindowsForms.NET as well. Those are excellent places to get technical help on stuff. Particularly in instances when you're unable to find the documentation that you're looking for.

Or, you could post to many of the developer communities online (including SitePoint and DevArticles). There are dozens with 10K+ members.
