It should work fine. Are you running Office 2003 and Office 2007 b2tr on the same machine?
I did a full repair on Office and now, Outlook preview works! Great!

Are you sure you have all the access rights to that file? Maybe you have list but not read....
Sorry, it just does't work... I have maximum rights on all files. If I use the Deskbar Search Box in the Taskbar, it just WON'T let me open files that reside on the other computer, and does not show a shortcut menu when leftclicking...
However, if I press the green "Search Desktop"-button, and locate the file in the shell window, I can open, edit and save the files just fine. However, the shell result window does NOT show previews for files on the other computer???
The scenario is this: 2 computers, both running XP Professional. Connected through a router. Both computers have the same user account names with identical passwords, both administrator accounts. Sharing is set to everyone, doc folder
permissions full for all admins.
Is there something wrong with this config? I can access and edit all files through the shell.
Is there a place for getting help and submitting bugs for desktop search?
