*cough* 128kbps (15 kilobytes as downloading speed) line, where we share this connection with 15 computer in our office network via 3rd party
proxy :O

Nice!!!!
I envy you!
Assuming you meant 24 Mbits, your connection reaches the theoretical limit of the ADSL2+ standard!
Mine: 1.4 Mbps download & 256 Kbps upload.

Extremly fast down and extremly fast up
but shared with 100 people here. -
8 down 2 up

-
18~19 Mbit/s down (depending on the weather), 1 Mbit/s up.
Skriker V1.0: do you live in your local exchange? :O
Edit: I should probably mention that I'm currently capped at 256/256 for exceeding my download limit. Still nearly 10 times faster than the best my parents can get at their place and yet it feels painfully slow

2 down, no idea about up, although our ISP neglected to add us to their system properly, so we haven't been paying for our usage for a couple of months now.
Missing University halls of residence where we were on the Janet Network, 10 down all the time. -
4.5Mbit down / 1Mbit up
I'm on ADSL2+ but i'm about 4km from the exchange so i can't get the max 24Mbit down
-
Time for a plug !

My company, http://www.neosnetworks.co.uk/ can offer from 1mb/s to 1gb/s. We have 2400km of dark fibre ... and yep we do sell 'width to BT, more than likely the network your ADSL is using for transport. As for me personally, I only have 4mb/s down and 1mb/s up which does me for now.

I was on 1Mb down for about 18 months, and recently upgraded to MaxDSL which in theory can go up to 8Mb.
I was quite disappointed that my actually speed only reached 1.8.
Still its quick enough for most things, takes about 6 hours to download a build of Vista. -
I have up to 3-4 mb/s most of the time.
-
10mb down and 1mb up on cable

-

15 k-bytes?, I guess i have the worst internet connection among all.
me say, if you use right things for proper purpose, thatz the best gift you are giving to yourself.
no idea when we are upgrading to that high speed level.
-
100Mbps up and down.
When it works, that is, which is unfortunately not as often as I'd like. -
8Mb/s, which is enough for me right now. Downloaded a 3GB Dvd image in just under an hour last week, well impressed me.

-
8Mb/s down, 512Kb/s up.
And appaling customer service to go with it! Sigh... If only it wasn't the cheapest ADSL I could find. (Anyone know of similar / better speed for less than £20 a month, totally unlimited?) -
Tampa,FL USA
Bright House networks - used to be timewarner a while back.
Virtual Office I
7Mbps in 512Kbps Out
One Note: I so wish that cable and phone companyes would get it that the intenet was designed to be peer-to-peer and with symetric bandwidth!
for example I would gladly trade to say 3M in and 3M out!
for small-to-med business it would really help them with self hosting and local extra-net apps...
often routing done by the same folks is horrible also....
they route ip like a telco wish is nuts!
I have seen traffic from st. pete to tampa go from st. pete to atlanta then back to tampa!
that's like going from say boston to NY via texas !!!
Telcos are used to the CO and class 5 switch world which makes telcos run things like an org chart -- you have to go Up then down.
IP can work like a "mesh" that's why we were told that it was designed to survive a war etc....
but if the cable and telcos route and build like a telco then it will fail when the big CO/ data centers go down!
Grrrrrr.....
