Niner Desktops

Little Guru started a thread discussing University desktops, so I figured I'd start a general thread for any desktop - work or home, all is fair.

This is my work (presently):

Just started using Konfabulator (now Yahoo Widget Engine) again a few days ago...  saves me a trip to (the painful) weather.com.

My current work desktop (with some apps running, as the pictures change every 30 minutes anyway), made up of a 1680x1050 LCD & the 1440x900 in my laptop.

I try to keep mine pretty tidy, and I am hoping to get a better dual (hopefully quadruple) monitor setup in a few months.

I like having very little on the desktop, it is much cleaner.

right now Im using XFCE on PC-BSD with a CDE Window Manger theme and CDE colors.  I will post a screenshot later.

This one is just a new development box i was given this morning to start some work on, lucky me, Intel Dual Core E6400, 3GB RAM etc etc. Still haven't done much,been a lazy morning(10.03am here)





This one is the testing box, just running automated test scripts of my projects normally but another team is slightly behind so am helping them out by running theres.  Ill post one of home wen i get there, just installed Vista and trying to get VS2005 to work on it.
