I'm guessing the reason he is sad (ie. notice the sad emoticon --> in his post) is that he does have a Xbox 360 and a XBL account but he can't register just yet for the Halo 3 beta due to him being located in Europe (ie. notice UK in his avatar?).

And you'd guess right. Ah well, just have to keep an eye out for the European betas.

Perhaps Microsoft should finish the PC version of Halo 2 before they start beta testing Halo 3 for the Xbox 360 ... what was that statement afew months back about supporting the PC as a gaming platform ?
