Is it a climate of fear or a climate of denial so they dont have to face that fear? I know its easier for some people to "think the best" of a situation no matter how absurd because they cant handle the reality.
Do you deny the effect of greenhouse gases? There is natural global climate change and there is unnatural global climate change. When we are pumping out an unnatural amount of CO2 do you actually think nothing changes? The earth simply cant keep up with the
amount of CO2 we are producing because we keep destroying the very things the earth uses to get rid of excess CO2.
If for some reason you dont believe CO2 is a greenhouse gas or simply dont believe greenhouse gases exist then maybe you can figure out why Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system.
It has very little to do with the sun and everything to do with how the planet radiates heat. An atmosphere full of CO2 blocks radiation from leaving the planet but still takes it in causing it to get hotter and hotter. There must be a balance of recieving radiation
during the day and expelling it during the night for a planet to sustain proper temperature without killing everything on it with extreme hots and colds. Theres nothing to debate about that, its like trying to argue theres no gravity, we can repoduce the results
in a lab and we can observe it on other planets.
