Alaskan sized germ meteor to impact earth - EVERYBODY PANIC

Am I reading this wrong, or are they saying that a Giant Germ Laden meteor the size of Alaska will hit the earth in 2008?

No I did not realize it immediately, but I figured something was amiss; especially when I couldn't find a referance to asteroid "ZG-7134" on http://www.nasa.gov

It could have sounded plausible if they hadn't started talking about Lysol missiles...

Well, that and the fact that if a meteorite the size of Alaska hit the earth, the last thing to have to worry about would be how many germs were on it because the meteorite and everything on it and much of the earch would be totally vaporized.

Bruce Willis and Ben Affleck will take care of it.  No need for concern.
