5, by "finished" I mean a designer being present in Visual Studio (Blend is too expensive and not finished yet either).

The developer story for it sucks although my story on that might change if I ever decide to drop some cash on Expression. -
Learning WPF and XAML now.
Expression Blend when it comes out in June 2007.
Visual Studio 2008 when it comes out in January 2008.
