I have a pretty nice iPaq from HP, It has windows mobile 2003 on it. I have a 1gb SD card and a 1gb CF card. But i dont really use it. I have been trying to write some software for it, but the compact framework has its ups and downs.
What do you use your handheld for?

MS Pocket Streets, Music along with MS Voice Command plus the PIM software which is inbuilt

I tend to use it more as a multimedia device for watching movies and listening to music than a planner. It's nice to be able to browse the internet on it, too.

If I'm honest its main use is for keeping Outlook at work automatically synced with Outlook on my home PC, although I also use the 'World Clock' and 'Tube planning' (London underground map) prgrams I purchased quite a bit too.
It's also my phone (I have an O2 XDA) and the way a contact's Outlook details show up on incoming calls is pretty useful when compared with the limited similar 'caller identification' software on standard phones.
On holiday or when working abroad I find it's a great way of reading the daily news from 'back home' (the BBC) while on the move or over breakfast. A quick dial-up from the hotel each morning means I can then read the main stories offline at my leisure after a quick sync with AvantGo.
For music the capacity is way too low and the iPod is far better for that sort of thing (my whole CD collection goes on holiday with me using the Ipod, with the PC I can choose maybe three albums and need to be near a recharger all the time). The low battery life is the device's main weakness as I see it. -
MP3 Player (though it's Windows Media files) a skype phone, email and posting on the forums on channel9!

I use mine as a planner, etc. the basic stuff that's on there.
Besides that, I use KingKanji to practice Japanese writing, a self-written Compact Framework app that uses EDICT (Japanese-English dictionary).
And I use it to play music while on the train. I've also been playing Jawbreaker a lot.

I use it as a portable library. I stick 8 or 9 books on it in pdf format, and then read at my leisure.
Games.
I don't use the internet too much cus it sucks my battery dry, but i've been known to try to piggy-back on an open accessport to check my mail or whatnot.
