I'm waiting for the public Team Suite ISOs. The website says that they are going to be released soon. I hope this "soon" is really soon!

I'm waiting for the Tea Suite ISOs as well. Heard Pro is supported on Vista, so hope TS is too

Just downloaded the C# Express as I want to see what its offering. -
Is anyone able to go to Connect?

Will the Express editions be free like 2005?

I dont find any download link. Am I looking at the wrong page or is it only available to msdn subscribers?
-
The VPC images should be up and downloadable, the ISO's are still pending for direct download. My old office-mate is one of the ones working on the release team, I'm sure as soon as they can they'll have them up.

Yes of course! Visual Web Developer Express gets much better with JavaScript IntelliSense improvements and it now uses the same designer that Expression Web for a much better HTML and CSS editing experience.
Thanks,

If anyone installs it, tell us how it went. Also want to know if it wrecks VS2005 installs we might already have on our systems

-
Just installed it on my computer at home which already had VS 2005 installed. Didn't break anything as far as I can tell, but I didn't check thoroughly.
I was suprised by the flawless setup of Orcas. Quite fast, no errors. Overall it looks very polished and stable already, with very good performance. Hard to recall how VS 2005 was at Beta 1 stage, but I'm almost sure it was a lot worse. I guess a GoLive license for .NET 3.5 won't be too far out. -

This sounds excellent, but isn't Expression Web a non-managed app? How well can it really integrate as a design surface, especially where ASP.NET is involved? -
I dont want to completely switch over to .NET 3.0, I just got VS08! Now it's time for Orcas!!! Wish they had a service pack that just ... extremely modified the VS08 install!
