Developers, developers, developers,--Steve Ballmer moves up and becomes Chairman--Bill Gates retires. Do not think so.

Must be the release of Business Dynamics--is that cool. Never.

Microsoft will be releasing a SDK for both games and robotics using the .NET Framework for free!

Sounds about right, cool and it is about developers--but why 9 tonight.

Why 9 tonight?  Something for hobbyist developers or students, maybe?  Perhaps Expression Express edition, to get hobbyists on Silverlight and WPF?

Good idea!

I would hope tonight's announcement is a declaration of the formation of a new type of evangelism/developer group...aka the "Vista Knights". As I have said previously, we must take our enthusiasm to a new level; we must deal with the Crusader Linux zealots who seek to topple our way of life and our ideology by arming ourselves with knowledge, secure software, and stunning tools.

I think it might be something to do with some microsoft competitor. Why will microsoft announce something now when MIX is just too close??

Although I was looking forward to Longhorn Server Beta 3.  Typical that it comes out during finals week
