I had Feisty 7.04 installed for several days. Listening to internet radio, watching movies, all great, word processing no problems. And then it comes to gaming. There are a couple emulation programs that allow you to run "some" windows games on Ubuntu 7.04, but Linux overall has along way to go when it comes to gaming, but I will admit that the Ubuntu program has just exploded with its developement and progress.. In comparison to the Longhorn/Vista project in length of start to finish compared to Ubuntu, there isn't much of a comparison. This open source project hopefully will eventually take gaming to new heights that Linux has never seen before. I was a big SuSE 10.2 guy for a while but they have slowed down their developement so much. Too bad.
