Does anyone know of a way to find which process is killing my system by thrashing the hard drive? CPU usage is at a couple of percent, but the whole system's sluggish 'cos the hard drives thrashing. I suspect if Visual Studio, but I want to be sure.
It's driving me nuts; I've got a live data update to do but I need the connection info from Visual Studio. ![]()

Windows Vista?

Task manager has columns with information on the amount of I/O a process does, such as bytes and bytes read.
