Abandonware are not legal, that's a fact. The copyright last 75 years.


You're right and I was not clear, sorry. But, if you want to deliver abandonware, you can ask the editor or those who have rights on the soft... As far as I know, only few abandonware websites do this. But some does and it works. There is a tolerance from those who have rights on the soft if the soft is more than 5 years old and is not making money anymore.
