Most of those features seem to be things that are available for less money, just not all in a single suite. If you can tolerate combining products, then why ReSharper?
Pretty much all of the code analysis features were good enough reasons for me to buy ReSharper. I've tried other "competing" products and none provided this feature and their refactoring capabilities were clumsy to use or not as feature rich. If you need convincing, then I suggest you download the trial and try it for yourself. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
