if i try to view the all comments for a youtube video, i get my IE freezed, and everything looks stop working, i am not sure but isn't browsing the web supposed to be not a hard task for a system to maintain ? Big Smile

I wasn't able to reproduce your issue.  Are you able to reproduce your issue consistantly?

Couple of things you might want to consider:

 - How many browser windows you have open.
 - What background processes are you running.
 - Did the browser freeze for a short period and recover or did it crash.
 - What other programs are running that are intergrated with IE?
      - Windows / Windows Live Messenger
      - Any Windows Office product
      - Most Norton Products

You would not believe how many products are integrated with Internet Explorer.  This can cause memory management issues.

Regradless of what browser you choose in the future for browsing, I find that IE tends to be the most compliant with web development standards.

http://www.enhanceie.com/ie/troubleshoot.asp has some excellent advice on troubleshooting issues with IE. The most common culprit being poorly behaved extensions.

try first to update flash (even if you think you have the last version go on the adobe website and update it anyway because Adobe releases new flash builds every month)

if that doesn't work try disabling all the plugins and re-enabling them one by one until you find out the one that screws IE up.

The problem is when i try to open a page with lot comments, like 400+, i got a freezing IE UI(all IE UI, the menus, the scroolbars...) on the current tab, so if i managed to change the tab, everything will be fine, but once i returned to the freezed page on the old tab, i got the UI slugish again, i noticed also that the free scrolling, when i click the mouse wheel, i can scroll without any problem on the freezed page.
Before, i tried to disable plugins, third party extensions, work without adons... but nothing worked.
today, i noticed that i had a boost in performance in vista in general, also in IE, maybe it was some update from microsoft. Smiley
