This is an excellent idea...but the problem is that the outcome really hinges on who is in charge of the hiring, and I don't think community input would be much of a factor, unfortunately. In fact, if Scoble was still involved, and was in charge of hiring, the community input would be completely irrelevant.figuerres wrote:
