Okay, I'll rephrase: the feature-set and API won't suck. But I'm still skeptical re: the user-interface. If it still has adverts in message windows I'll be sticking with WM4.7

Someone who isn't well versed in nettiquette, Internet culture, how the basics of the Internet and WWW work on a technical basis, and numerous other intricate details.
That said, if a person is sincere and polite about their own lack of experience, no-one has a real problem. Otherwise things go downhill quickly.

Nobody here (as in, where I live, not here on C9) uses Twitter. Everyone uses Messenger, though. So the choice is simple.
