Chapter 7

    I dated this older lady for awhile.  She was 44 years old.  Still hot looked good etc.  Anyhow after my ex died we broke up and went on our seperate ways.  During the course of time I met her daughter.  23 years old, cute and more my speed.  Meaning she likes to go out, have fun and is smart and really fun.  We have slept together and Its turned into a relationship.  The mother is not happy at all. she found out.  Called the police but the daughter is an adult.  Called my boss and complained, since it doesnt involve work he could care less, he thinks its the most amusing thing he had ever seen.  I finally talked to them both and explained this has nothing to do with conquests, I didnt do it for a trophy of any kind.  The mother had made the comment "Why dont we just have a threesome so you'd have bragging rights?" 

BTW, before you guys start calling me a scumbag, I met the daughter after me and the mother broke it off.  Had never met her before that time.  We both knew who each other was but never face to face until later.

Anyhow, the daughter wants to continue the relationship.  She feels it will blow over.  But it seems the more I say and/or do the worse things become in terms of the mother.  I guess this is where the phrase, 'silence is golden' comes into play.

I can't wait for chapter 8.

There's a difference between "hey, I'm going to LA" and "hey, my love life sucks", though.

He should be telling us his address in Chapter 9 so maybe you could ship a bottle to him

Tell the mom that you had your thing, it was nice and all but for some reason things didn't work out. This isn't some type of showing up, but of two responsible legal adults handling their lives the way they want.

The daughter needs to understand she's going to get flack, but what does she want, if she thinks it's going to blow over (and maybe it will in time), can she trust you around her mom, there are alot of things tied up into this...

If things aren't cool, maybe the daughter can just stay as friends until her mom is more receptive of the situation (I don't recommend this). You could always explain though that she had her chance and it didnt work, if she likes you enough to make a big deal out of it now, then great, you can tell her to let her daughter be happy and you two can be friends, wouldn't she still want to be friends? If she just can't handle it, the daughter and you need to decide if being around her mom is a healthy thing at that point.
