I was wondering if anyone had an extra vista ultimate cd key they would part with. I have vista business but I don't really care for it. If anyone has one I will be eternally greatfull. I have a expression web serial I could trade for it.

well its ether get a free copy or pay the $130 to upgrade to ultimate. Since the only feature I really want is media center. I would be willing to trade my business for home premium.

Sale of OEM normally has conditions attached... like it can only be sold with qualifying hardware, such as a system or motherboard. -

I have a legit version of business but to upgrade to ultimate is $130 I would rather get a copy from someone that doesnt use vista than spend the $130. So buying a oem version out out of the question since its more that the upgrade price and there are so many limitations when you buy one. Man sometimes I wish I had a msdn subscription.

The only way I see for you to get Ultimate is to use a generic Ultimate serial, and get an activation crack. Everything's out there, you just got to know where to look.
