Yeah, it'll be a battle wether to download Psychonauts or Crimson Skies first. I have to say, I love their first pick of games for the Originals thing. It took ages for Psychonauts to make it on the back-compat list, so seeing it as one of the first available Originals is very encouraging. -

Plug the UTP cable that goes into your pc into your 360?
Edit: right, so it's a USB modem. Then ICS is your only option.
